When the directors at MEMA sat down to plan for the January 1st, 2013 FCC narrowband mandate, they knew they needed a package that would grab the attention of their target audience to get their message across. A partnership was born between MEMA and IF&W contracting PatraCompany L.L.C. to produce an informative video on the subject. Work began in the late July of 2010 with completion in Mid September that same year. Together with MEMA, we planned the message, built out the video structure, gathered interviews with key people, and constructed the necessary graphics to help the viewer understand the significance of this mandate. We have embedded the video below for you to view along with the DVD Jacket graphic that was part of the complete DVD package.
